My name is Katika, and my life took a transformative turn in 2011 when I began to explore my own sexuality. Embracing and developing sexual energy without guilt or fear changed my perception of myself and others. Through Tantric conscious touch, I help people achieve self-healing and pleasure simultaneously. This approach is for those who do not want to be passive recipients but want to discover their inner strength and learn to use it actively.

My greatest passion is transformational therapy, specifically "Tantric Body De-armouring" or Emotional Body Unblocking. This practice continuously reveals the vast potential of our bodies and their energies. I am grateful for all the teachers who shared their knowledge and helped me look inward. This is the essence I strive to pass on to others. I guide those who seek transformation, not just therapy—those who want to move from a victim mentality to full responsibility, from the past to being fully present.

I encountered TANTRA in 2012 and have never let it go because it became my greatest passion.

I completed Sexological Bodywork training with Joseph Kramer from California and attended numerous international courses, such as Body De-armouring in the Netherlands and Vaginal Mapping in Prague.
I was assisting and organising retreats Energy Orgasm and Tantric Body De-armouring to Andrew Barnes in Slovakia. A significant contribution to my development was also the Conscious Sensuality training in Hawaii with Robert Silber, with whom I cooperate.

I can say that my inner teacher is OSHO, and I joyfully guide people through his active meditations.

All the courses and trainings would be nothing without the experiences I have gained over years of practice and the trust my clients have given me. ????
