Holistic sensual massage is, for me, a sacred time-space — a deep ritual where we are given the opportunity to surrender in safety and acceptance, allowing ourselves to fully relax and open to love and to the source of our life force.
The art of massage brings the qualities of loving touch, conscious presence, respect, safety, support, acceptance, gentleness, and magical slowness — qualities that are often hard to find in everyday life. But once we receive them, we are able to forever recognize them within ourselves.
I have devoted my time to self-discovery through various spiritual approaches and came to realize that healing, growth, and self-knowledge are not possible without involving the whole living body and its energetic potential. To heal wounds and process unaccepted emotions, we need strength, grounding in our body and breath, and a loving acceptance of ourselves.
The holistic approach in massage and other conscious touch techniques helps us reconnect with our inner resources and begin to relate to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world in a new, more joyful and fulfilling way.
