My path to tantric massage was clearly visible, but surprisingly it took me a few years to get on it. The first glimpse came in 1999, when I did a retraining course in massage therapy. I perceive that one of the most effective methods of working with people is the BODYWORK. It will bring you to a sense of presence and deep RELAXATION, rest and PLEASURE. In these hectic times, I see this as very beneficial - to stop, TURN OFF YOUR BRAIN, allow yourself to be pampered, REST DEEPLY, allow yourself to be nourished, GIVE YOURSELF TO PLEASURE, and learn to ACTIVELY RECEIVE. In my current work, I combine everything I’ve learned. In the end, it becomes a very powerful tool for understanding both our bodies, what they are like, and our psyche. My name is Katika, and my life took a transformative turn in 2011 when I began to explore my own sexuality. Embracing and developing sexual energy without guilt or fear changed my perception of myself and others. Through Tantric conscious touch, I help people achieve self-healing and pleasure simultaneously. This approach is for those who do not want to be passive recipients but want to discover their inner strength and learn to use it actively.

My greatest passion is transformational therapy, specifically "Tantric Body De-armouring" or Emotional Body Unblocking. This practice continuously reveals the vast potential of our bodies and their energies. I am grateful for all the teachers who shared their knowledge and helped me look inward. This is the essence I strive to pass on to others. I guide those who seek transformation, not just therapy—those who want to move from a victim mentality to full responsibility, from the past to being fully present.

I encountered TANTRA in 2012 and have never let it go because it became my greatest passion.

I completed Sexological Bodywork training with Joseph Kramer from California and attended numerous international courses, such as Body De-armouring in the Netherlands and Vaginal Mapping in Prague.
I was assisting and organising retreats Energy Orgasm and Tantric Body De-armouring to Andrew Barnes in Slovakia. A significant contribution to my development was also the Conscious Sensuality training in Hawaii with Robert Silber, with whom I cooperate.

I can say that my inner teacher is OSHO, and I joyfully guide people through his active meditations.

All the courses and trainings would be nothing without the experiences I have gained over years of practice and the trust my clients have given me. ????

I have been doing sensual holistic massages for 8 years now. In my free time I love traveling that enriches my inner life and my way of percepting the world and people. Walks in nature that calms and inspires me, yoga for cleansing mind and body regeneration, balancing on slackline, where each cell of my body strives to keep in perfect balance and where priorities and intent are coordinated and clear.
